Walking Through History During The Independence Holiday
I'm currently visiting family on the east coast- my sister in Massachusetts, and then down to NY. Yesterday we spent the day in Boston, and walked quite a bit of the Freedom Trail. My 9 yr. old daughter was very excited about this since she spent a good part of her 3rd year in school learning American history. Both of my daughters are very into history, something I hope that sticks with them. IWhat Is That Krunk??
Mmmm... Queso Krunk. I've talked about it on Twitter, and a few of my friends have actually indulged in the cheesy high fat goodness. The photo on the left is a new creation- the Krunkburger. I have my friend ScottyJ to thank for that. Along with the name "Krunk", but that's a whole other story...So, recently I was asked for the recipe. I re-discovered my love for all things audio through beginning The Audio Addicts, encompassing the entire audio landscape, with a leaning towards audio cinema. I then stepped further into the audio realm in March 2006 with the start of my own political podcast, Truth Seekers. Getting another perspective has always been important to me. I am also very interested in racism and other social/equality issues.
I am also the midday announcer with kwss 106.7 out of Phoenix, AZ. I do voice-acting for Dream Realm Enterprises, as well as podiobooks and short-story readings for other podcasts (like Escape Pod!)
In my spare time, I am a mother of two girls, play the viola occasionally, and chat online WAY too much.
